Made with our Country paté recipe and infused with the unique flavor of Espelette pepper, this pate is a popular choice among our customers. The Espelette pepper is cultivated in the French commune of Espelette, it is known for its flavorful and mildly spicy taste that perfectly complements the meaty flavor of our Country paté.

Our patés are created by blending chopped and spiced meat, fish, or vegetables, and then cooking them in a thick paste. To enjoy our Espelette Pepper Paté at its best, we recommend keeping it refrigerated for at least 2 hours before serving. This ensures that the paté is chilled, and any melted fat is solidified.
