Our Genepy Liquor Paté is a delightful addition to our Paté range, made by infusing our Country paté recipe with the sweet and flavorful Genepy liquor.
The Genepy flower, which grows in the French Alps, is fermented with sugar to create this distinct liquor that gives our paté its unique taste.
Paté is a type of food made by blending chopped and spiced meat, fish, or vegetables, then cooking them in a thick paste. To fully enjoy the taste of our Genepy Liquor Paté, it is recommended to refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before serving, allowing it to become nice and cold and for any melted fat to solidify.
To maintain the freshness of the product, it is important to store an opened jar in the refrigerator and finish it within a week.
